As an expert facilitator, trauma-informed somatic coach, and strategic thinker, I seamlessly integrate Nova’s professional development journeys with comprehensive workshops and other solutions designed to build organizational capacity and deliver results.

I am a graduate of the Inner MBA and Eckhart Tolle's Becoming a Teacher of Presence program, with more than 30 years of experience in organizational culture, strategy, and growth.
