Become a Nova Global Certified Consultant and develop the ability to interpret our psychometric tool and conduct debriefings with your clients! Equip yourself with innovative tools that catalyze significant improvements at all levels: individual, team, and organizational. This program combines learning the Nova Global language and concepts, practical exercises, and synthesis tools. Our training is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR).

Description

This three-day virtual course (21 hours) will provide you with the necessary knowledge to analyze our psychometric tool and conduct individual or group debriefings.

Upon completing the Nova Global certification, you will receive your personal or company portal, enabling you to generate psychometric questionnaires for your clients and/or teams.

The certification program includes:

  • 1 complete certification manual
  • 1 written and oral assessment
  • 1 certification diploma
  • 1 exclusive access to our online portal, allowing you to generate Nova Global Profiles for your clients
  • 1 support and guidance service
  • 2 Nova Global Profiles for practice purposes
  • 1 access to a community of ambassadors who support each other and advance the practice.

Schedule:

  • 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. all three days; Eastern Time (United States and Canada – Quebec)
  • Live attendance required
