This three-day virtual course (21 hours) will allow you to obtain the knowledge required to analyze our psychometric tool and to make individual or group debriefings.
Following the Nova Global certification, you will get your personal or corporate portal and you can generate psychometric questionnaires for your clients and/or teams

The certification journey includes:

1 complete certification manual
1 oral and written evaluation
1 diploma of certification
1 exclusive access to our online portal, to use with your customers in order to generate Nova Global Profiles
