CERTIFICATION
- Full payment must be finalized before the first day of training.
- The certification program is a synchronous offering, so your attendance is mandatory.
CERTIFICATION CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICIES:
- More than 10 business days before the training: full refund.
- 10 business days or less before the training: applicable fee of $350.
- Your profile debriefing was received more than 10 business days before the training: applicable fee of $350.
NOVA GLOBAL PROFILE AND LIABILITY
- Full payment for your Nova Profile debriefing must be finalized before scheduling your profile presentation with our expert.
- No refunds once the profile is completed.
In the event that the Nova Profile is purchased by a company for a third party, Nova Global disclaims any liability for the use or sharing of the profile with others. It is the organization’s responsibility to inform the individuals concerned and request the necessary permission for sharing. Organizations must also comply with the laws in force in their territory regarding personal data protection and ensure that they are informed of how the profile will be used or accessed. - In the event of an erroneous purchase from our online store, please contact us at info@nova.local.
Nova Global reserves the right to validate the use of the candidate profile at the time of purchase to ensure that it is used solely for recruitment purposes.
WORKSHOPS
- Workshops are non-refundable. If the participant cannot attend the scheduled workshop date, it will not be possible to obtain the replay version.
- The workshop is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation by Nova Global. In the event of an unexpected absence, please notify us by email at info@nova.local so that we can attempt to replace your presence with someone on the waiting list.
- Workshop prices are subject to change without notice.
- Workshop prices are in Canadian currency and are automatically converted by the payment gateway based on the user’s geographic location at the time of purchase.

The content of the workshops and training courses is the property of Nova Global, and reproduction of the material for the purpose of distribution or sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
